Pastors and friends,

Recently our West Texas District leaders were trained in the new income based formula.  We feel it is urgent that we meet in February to review this process with your leaders and attempt to answer as many questions as possible.  We want to prepare our people as best we can and prevent many last minute questions as much as possible.

We have set up 3 meeting places across the district:

Pastors, we were at the training and had questions.  So, we feel our people may have questions as well.  For you that have already prepared, I commend you, but many are still attempting to understand the process.
